Intake Process: Interested parties should call, and the intake line can accept collect calls.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this process.

- General adoption has no restrictions, while Special Needs Adoption is available for families with a legally free child under 18 who has special needs and is in state-funded foster care or eligible for federal adoption assistance.
