This initiative delivers resources, training, and information aimed at fostering self-reliance, leadership, and self-esteem in youth. It also connects young individuals and their families to a wide array of local 4-H programs.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to obtain an application.
Fees: There is a $30 fee, though fee waivers and grants for activities are available.

- Eligible participants include youth who are at least 5 years old by October 1st of the current 4-H year, up to those who have not yet turned 19 before October 1st of the same year.
