This program delivers integrated services for substance use disorders that cater to the cultural backgrounds and experiences of the individuals served. The offerings include assessments for substance use disorders and DUI, along with intensive outpatient treatment.
Intake Procedure: Please call for further details or to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The program accepts most private insurance plans, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and Medicare. A sliding scale fee is available, starting at a minimum of $20. Assistance with insurance enrollment is provided to patients and clients as needed.
