This program offers medications such as buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone to assist with opioid withdrawal. It creates personalized treatment plans featuring same-day dosing and provides Narcan to help prevent overdoses. The focus is on serving enrolled tribal members.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should visit in person, but availability can be limited. It is recommended that tribal members and pregnant women call ahead.
Fees: The program accepts all forms of insurance and does not require proof of income. Assistance is available for clients to enroll in Apple Health via the Health Plan Finder.
