This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who fall at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are given monthly food benefits and can utilize seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: Contact to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Fees: There are no associated costs.

- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new and breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under 5 years who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, with a requirement of being enrolled in or a descendant of someone enrolled in a Federally Recognized tribe.
