This program provides assistance and information regarding prenatal and postpartum health for individuals enrolled in Medicaid. It also extends support and guidance for caring for a new infant from the age of 2-3 months until the child reaches their first birthday.
Intake Process: You can initiate services by calling or visiting in person. Support can start at any point during the pregnancy, delivery, or postpartum phase.
Costs: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and can help clients with Medicaid enrollment if necessary.

- Individuals who are pregnant and qualify for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible, provided they are below 210% of the Federal Poverty Level. New parents with an infant on WA Apple Health (Medicaid) can receive assistance until the child's first birthday.
