This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants benefit from monthly food allowances and can utilize seasonal vouchers for local farmers' markets.
Application Process: Interested individuals should call to apply or seek additional information. After the initial consultation, follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
