Intake Procedure: For more details, either call or check the website. The program provides both in-person and phone appointments, so it's advisable to call ahead before visiting.

- To qualify for WIC, applicants must satisfy four conditions: reside in Washington (US citizenship is not a requirement), be pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding, or have a child under 5 years old; fathers, foster parents, and guardians can apply for eligible children; have a household income that is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), with those on Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF automatically qualifying; and demonstrate a nutritional risk, which will be evaluated during the appointment.
