Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, either call or check the website.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and private insurance. A Sliding Fee discount program is available based on income and household size.
