Community Health Center Of Snohomish County At Cascade High School

This initiative provides health services to students enrolled in district schools, covering wellness exams, preventative healthcare, sexual and reproductive health, mental health support, and dental care. Certain services can be accessed without the need for parental consent.

To begin the process, parents should call to check their child's eligibility for scheduling an appointment at one of the School-Based Health Clinics.

Payment options include WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and private insurance. A Sliding Fee discount program is also available, determined by income and household size.
