This initiative delivers nutrition and breastfeeding guidance, assesses access to healthy food options, and helps with referrals to necessary services. It is designed for pregnant and postpartum women who have an infant or child aged up to 5 years. Eligibility is based on having an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.

- Residents of Washington state with an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and experiencing nutrition-related risks, including pregnant or postpartum individuals and parents breastfeeding infants or children under 5. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are considered income-eligible.
