Provides extensive outpatient treatment options for Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone, including various support services such as assessments, medical evaluations, medication management, case management, and both individual and group counseling.

Intake Procedure: To schedule an intake or assessment appointment, either call the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form.

Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale fee basis. The facility accepts private insurance, private pay clients, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid), although the Buprenorphine program only takes Kaiser Permanente and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
