This program delivers limited mortgage foreclosure counseling, homebuyer guidance, and down payment support to adults with developmental or ADA disabilities as well as their family members who will reside with them.
Intake Process: Reach out via phone or email. Include your name, contact number, and a suitable time for a callback.
Cost: No fees involved.

- Foreclosure Prevention Counseling: For those having difficulty with payments, with no other limitations. Homebuyer Counseling: Requires a disability as per the Americans with Disabilities Act, must qualify for a mortgage, and intend to buy a house or condo in King or Snohomish counties. Down Payment Assistance: Needs either an intellectual or developmental disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, completion of the homebuyer counseling course, a gross annual income below 80% of Area Median Income, first-time home purchase within the last three years, at least $500 saved for a down payment, and adequate support services for safe living at home.
