This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, including co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application can be made by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
