This service offers various transportation methods for Medicaid-approved medical appointments, including bus passes, gas vouchers, and taxi rides, all of which can accommodate wheelchairs if necessary.
Intake Process: Access the ride request form online, print it, and send it via fax to 509-534-6980. For inquiries, please call and leave a message.
Costs: There are no fees; the medical appointment must be billed to Medicaid. Eligibility is granted to clients holding a Provider One card.
