Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call, and the intake line is available for collect calls.
Fees: There are no associated costs.

- General adoption has no restrictions. For Special Needs Adoption, families must have a child under 18 who is legally free (parental rights terminated), has special needs, is in state-funded foster care (or is likely to be placed in foster care), or qualifies for federal adoption assistance.
