Emergency Medical Services (EMS) represents the largest portion of call activity for the Spokane Fire Department. EMS provides care for everything from minor injuries and welfare checks to urgent medical responses in life-threatening scenarios. Each of the 16 stations is equipped with at least one paramedic available 24/7.
Intake Procedure: Dial 911 or visit in person.
