Delivers outpatient services for substance use disorders, featuring assessments, case management, holistic treatment options, group therapy, peer support, individual counseling, and family therapy. Suboxone is also available. The program is particularly sensitive to the requirements of individuals experiencing homelessness.
Intake Process: Interested individuals can call or walk in for further details.
Fees: Accepts Medicaid and is willing to assist clients who do not have insurance.
