This clinic is currently accepting new patients and offers Buprenorphine and Naltrexone prescriptions specifically for veterans in a medical setting. To obtain medications for opioid use disorder, individual counseling is mandatory. Cases involving poly-substance use will be evaluated individually.
Intake Procedure: Please call for further details and to schedule a phone pre-screening.
Fees: Only VA Healthcare is accepted.
