Native Project

This organization delivers extensive health care services to the Spokane area, with a particular emphasis on the health needs of Native Americans. It provides well child exams, health services for women and men, elder care, nutrition counseling, and integrated medical and behavioral health care for adults.

Intake Procedure: To initiate services, please call to schedule an appointment.

Fees: The facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and various private insurance plans. There is no copayment required if you can provide proof of tribal enrollment or descent. Additionally, sliding scale fees are available for eligible individuals.
