With support from the Washington State Department of Commerce and the Smith Barbieri Progressive Fund, free mediation services for Landlord/Tenant disputes are available to both tenants and landlords. You can reach out by phone or through a specific online contact form for landlord/tenant issues. The website is also accessible in Spanish.
Intake Process: You can register online, complete a webform, call, email, or visit in person.
Fees: Services are provided at low cost, based on a sliding scale.

- Mediation services require that any existing no-contact or restraining orders be lifted, and assistance is available for undocumented individuals.
