Pioneer Human Services' Pioneer Center East - Males Only

This facility provides intensive inpatient care in a semi-secure 53-bed environment specifically for men struggling with chronic substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring issues. It offers varying levels of residential treatment tailored for individuals with high needs.

Intake Process: Clients using WA Apple Health (Medicaid) must be referred through their local Behavioral Health Organization, while Native Americans can be referred by their tribes. Private pay clients have the option to self-refer and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Some clients may be admitted involuntarily.
