Delivers outpatient care, co-occurring services, medication management, and referrals for MOUD treatment. Additionally, it offers educational programs on alcohol and drug use, treatment for abuse, and DUI evaluations.
Intake Process: Contact for further details or to schedule an appointment. Medical Marijuana Card Holders are accepted only if they meet all contract stipulations. Inquire about the policy for Suboxone prescription holders.
Fees: Medicaid is accepted from United Behavioral Healthcare, Molina, CHPW, Amerigroup, and AI/AN. For those not eligible for Medicaid, a sliding scale fee is available based on income and family size. Medicaid is also accepted for drug and alcohol assessments. The cost for the alcohol and drug information school is $100. Private insurance is accepted, and sliding scale options are available for qualifying individuals.
