This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants receive monthly food benefits and can obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Process: Contact us to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Cost: No fees are required.

- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding parents, and children under five. Income eligibility is also met if they receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
