This program provides monthly assistance for healthy food, health screenings, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and access to additional services for pregnant and parenting women with children under 5 years old.
Intake Process: Contact to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.

- Residents of Washington state who earn at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face nutrition risks are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding parents, and children under age 5. Income eligibility is also met if the applicant receives Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
