Provides free temporary housing for pets, support at evacuation sites, assistance for found pets, pet food and supplies, stray trapping in fire zones, and care for deceased pets for families impacted by wildfires.
Intake Process: Individuals can visit the shelter directly, go to the Red Cross disaster assistance centers located at the Spokane Convention Center or Shadle Park High School, or make a phone call for assistance.
Cost: No fees are required.

- Pet owners who have been impacted by wildfires. Families reclaiming found pets must show proof of ownership, such as documentation, microchip information, photos from their phones, or identification of the animal.
