This program provides clinical support to caregivers of eligible Veterans in the VA health care system, focusing on their health and well-being through various resources and services.
Intake Procedure: Contact the Facility CSP Team or obtain a referral from the Veteran’s healthcare provider. An application is not necessary; just complete an intake with the Facility CSP Team.
Fees: There are no charges.

- A General Caregiver is someone who assists a Veteran enrolled in VA healthcare with personal care, requiring help with daily activities or needing supervision due to health-related issues; they do not need to be related to or reside with the Veteran.
