This program assists low-income families in lowering their energy expenses by enhancing the energy efficiency of their homes while prioritizing their health and safety.

Intake Procedure: To apply by phone, call during designated application hours and leave a message with your name, mailing address, and a reachable phone number. Make sure to speak clearly and spell both your first and last name. Note that this is a message line only and will only be open until the application limit is reached. To apply online, visit the website on the specified days when the online application is available. The application portal will also close once the limit is reached. After submitting an application, an Energy Specialist will contact you to schedule an energy appointment, which may take up to 90 days depending on the number of applicants. If the Energy Specialist cannot reach you after three attempts or if you do not respond to voicemail, you will forfeit your appointment and must reapply.
