This initiative is centered on delivering supportive services such as outreach, care coordination, and help in securing VA and other benefits. It encompasses various offerings including health care, employment support, personal financial planning, and more. Additionally, it provides veterans with transportation to medical appointments in Thurston County or to the American Lake VA.
Intake Procedure: Attend the VHOG meeting on Thursdays at 10am. You can also visit during regular hours to learn about the various services available to veterans and their families. For specific services like the Vet Center or Veteran's Assistance, please call to arrange an appointment.
Fees: There are no charges.
