This is a complimentary six-week educational program focused on recovery, available to anyone dealing with mental health issues. The course aims to foster personal growth, healing, and recovery among its participants, with guidance from peers who have successfully navigated their own recovery journeys.
Intake Procedure: Sign up online at https://namitm.org/support-and-education/mental-health-education/peer-to-peer/. The course is typically offered two to three times a year, with additional sessions available specifically for Veterans.
Fees: There are no costs associated with this course.
