This program offers rental assistance to young adults aged 18-24 in Thurston County who are dealing with active eviction proceedings by providing up to 6 months of back rent. To maintain assistance, recipients are required to meet with their case manager on a monthly basis.
Intake Procedure: While email is the preferred method, individuals can also reach out via text or phone calls.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Young adults in Thurston County under 25 without children who are behind on rent, at risk of homelessness, and have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
