This program employs the Twelve Steps of recovery to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing from compulsive overeating, which can occur regardless of an individual's weight status.
Intake Process: You can attend a meeting without prior arrangements, call for additional details, or check the website. Meetings are confidential, requiring only first names, and all discussions remain within the group. There are no weigh-ins involved.
Costs: There are no fees.
