The program employs the Twelve Steps of recovery to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing from compulsive overeating, which can occur regardless of one's weight status.
Intake Procedure: Attend a meeting on a drop-in basis, call for additional details, or check the website. Meetings are confidential, using only first names, and all discussions remain within the group. There are no weigh-ins involved.
Fees: There are no costs associated.
