Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- To qualify, homes must be owner-occupied and situated in Thurston County, with homeowners meeting specific criteria and HUD low-income standards, including disabled individuals, seniors aged 62 and older, military veterans (or their surviving spouses), and families with young children.
