This service provides emergency dispatch for police, fire, and Medic One in Thurston County. It allows individuals who are unable to make a call due to medical, disability, or safety issues to send a text instead. The guiding principle is: "Call if you can, text if you can't."

Intake Process: If you need help, call; if calling isn't an option, text. For non-emergency issues, use the non-emergency line, such as when someone from outside the area needs a welfare check. Additionally, many police departments have online reporting for incidents like property crimes.

Cost: There is no charge for calling.
