This program provides medical coverage for adults whose income is below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and for children in families earning up to 300% of the FPL. The benefits include primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment. Enrollment is always open.

Fees: There are no fees for adults earning under 138% of the FPL and for children in families below 200% of the FPL. Families with children whose income is between 200% and 300% of the FPL are required to pay a monthly premium of either $20 or $30 per child.
