This helpline provides support for licensed foster parents and authorized relatives caring for dependent children who find themselves in crisis during after-hours. Callers can remain anonymous.
Intake Procedure: Simply call.
Fees: There are no charges.

- Eligible participants include foster parents licensed by DCYFS and relatives authorized to care for dependent children, while those licensed by private agencies should contact their agency's on-call staff for assistance.
