Washington State Office Of Administrative Hearings In Olympia

This program facilitates hearings for DSHS across four primary areas: public assistance, child support, facility licensing, and juvenile rehabilitation. Clients have the right to request an administrative hearing if they disagree with a DSHS decision.

Intake Process: The notice from DSHS will specify the deadline for hearing requests, indicate whether the request must be submitted in writing, provide the appropriate address for submissions, and clarify if oral requests are acceptable.
