This program allows couples to register as domestic partners if at least one partner is over 62 years old, granting them the same legal recognition as married couples.

Intake Procedure: Couples can either download the Declaration of Domestic Partnership form from the website or request it via mail. They must sign the declaration in front of a notary public and then submit the signed form along with the filing fee to the Corporations Division for processing. The completed registration form should be mailed to: PO Box 40234 Olympia, WA 98504-0234.

Fees: The registration fee for a domestic partnership is $50, while the cost for any additional or replacement certificates is $5.
