Fees: There are no costs associated with these services.

- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable nighttime residence, such as those living in hotels, motels, vehicles, parks, public areas, abandoned structures, or transportation stations. This also covers those in transitional housing, emergency shelters, or living with others due to housing loss or affordability issues. Students not residing with their parents or guardians and lacking permanent housing are also eligible.
