This initiative provides essential home repairs to households in Thurston County that meet income qualifications, aiming to support the preservation of homeownership. Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can apply online, call, or email for further details. Following this, a financial assessment and home evaluation will take place. Once contract and payment arrangements are finalized, construction can commence, along with volunteer involvement.
Fees: The costs of repairs are subsidized through grants and donations, and the program offers no-interest payment plans with manageable monthly installments.

- To qualify, applicants must own and live in a home in Thurston County, have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), require housing improvements affecting their health or safety, be unable to afford or perform repairs independently while being willing to contribute to costs, and partner with Habitat for Humanity.
