This program extends limited support for rent and utility expenses to individuals and families facing difficulties. To receive help with utilities, applicants must present the power company reference number from their bill.

Intake Process: Call the 24-hour voicemail service to leave your name, phone number, and address. If requesting utility assistance, include the utility company's name and your account number. They will return your call, and if assistance can be provided, arrangements will be made for a meeting at a convenient location or a home visit.

Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
