Intake Procedure: An appointment is necessary to receive services.
Fees: There are no charges.

- The service does not cover medical emergencies, dental procedures (except for infections), chronic pain treatment, workplace injuries, Social Security Disability evaluations, FAA physicals, prenatal and obstetrical care, primary mental health issues, or services billed to an agency or company.
