This program offers essential in-home support to low-income seniors and adults with disabilities, enabling them to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Intake Procedure: New clients will receive an intake welcome packet along with a consent form through the mail, which they need to complete and send back. Please note that this process may take several days, so emergency transportation or services are not available.
Fees: There are no charges for the services provided.
