This program provides financial assistance for low-income Medicare recipients to help cover their Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for those with very low income.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are on Medicare and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
