This organization provides refurbished laptops and desktops and sells various tech components, peripherals, and other items in its thrift store. While there are specific eligibility requirements for acquiring low-cost computers, there are no restrictions on purchasing from the thrift store. Donations are welcomed.
Intake Procedure: Call to arrange an appointment.
Fees: The cost of computers varies between $50 and $200, based on their specifications.

- Residents of Whatcom or Skagit County may qualify if they have significant debt, a recognized disability, are 60 or older, receive certain types of financial aid, or are enrolled in educational programs, among other criteria, with no restrictions for thrift store shopping.
