This program prescribes Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications and offers micro-dosing for Fentanyl use along with Sublocade injections.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call. Most new patients can begin treatment within 24 hours or even on the same day.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance, with income-based sliding scale fees available. Additional lab tests will incur separate charges.
