Lifeline Connections In Bellingham

This program provides medications such as buprenorphine (available in both sublingual and long-acting injectable forms) and naltrexone in an outpatient setting for substance use disorders. While outpatient treatment services are available, they are not a prerequisite for obtaining medications for opioid use disorder. The program is inclusive of poly substance users.

Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person.

Fees: The program offers low-cost discounts and operates on a sliding scale for fees. It accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, private payments, and charity care.
