Provides permanent supportive housing and case management services for families with children.
Intake Process: In Bellingham, most housing providers, including Lydia Place, work in conjunction with the Coordinated Entry waitlist overseen by the Opportunity Council. This arrangement allows individuals in need of housing assistance to apply at a single, centralized location. By engaging in this process, Lydia Place fills its program openings solely through referrals from the Opportunity Council. Therefore, signing up for their waitlist also places you on Lydia Place’s waitlist. How to Enroll in the Coordinated Entry Waitlist: The Opportunity Council accommodates both walk-in and call-in appointments for those wishing to join the waitlist.

- To qualify, clients must be experiencing homelessness or escaping domestic violence, have an income at or below 60% AMI (requirements may differ), have at least one child under 18 in the household, and must be eligible for services through the Coordinated Entry system via the Opportunity Council.
