This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are granted monthly food benefits and can also obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.

- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face a nutrition risk. Eligible individuals include pregnant women, postpartum parents, breast and chest feeding parents, and children under five. Income eligibility is also met if applicants receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
